Steff holds a B.S. in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Kentucky which provides a studied foundation of how to bring a property to market and gain the highest possible return, along with a creative aptitude to think “outside the box.” Her marketing strength is also coupled with an analytical mind. Prior to real estate, she worked at the world’s largest market research company (The Nielsen Company) where her ability to take large amounts of data and make them easily digestible to her clients was formed. This use of analysis benefits her work to accurately price properties, understand market trends and find optimal properties for both buyers and investors.
