DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy

The JProctor Group respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using this website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice (“Notice”) that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization to post and use the material, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing a physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district.
